Are you a recent high school graduate or ready to launch a career in aircraft maintenance?
The Aircraft Mechanic Helper Program is your pathway into aviation.
To qualify, you must be enrolled—or planning to enroll—in a certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) program at one of our local community college partners. While in school, you can work with us part-time or full-time, gaining hands-on experience with nose-to-tail aircraft repairs.

Lake City, FL
The Aircraft Apprenticeship Program is an 18-month program that includes seven weeks of paid Related Technical Instruction (RTI) at our Lake City, Florida facility.
Upon completion of RTI, the apprentice is assigned to an aircraft maintenance crew and will complete the balance of the apprenticeship program as a trainee under the mentorship and supervision of experienced aircraft technicians.
The apprenticeship program is available for Structures and Interiors Mechanics.

Greensboro, NC
The Aircraft Maintenance Trainee Program is a paid, 16-week training opportunity for future aircraft maintenance technicians.
Training is split between our Greensboro, NC facility and a local community college A&P program partner.

Aviation Maintenance Technician Program
The Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Program allows you to apply your military aviation maintenance experience to work as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician—even without an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
Here’s how it works:
